I would like to commend our Genlte Care Aide for her dedication in taking care of my father. Every single she start working in February, she has made my dad’s apartment a clean and warm place to live. With her daily presence, the apartment is very tidy and organized.
The Gentle Care Aide uses her language skill to interact with my dad, encouraging him to recite century old poems and to practice his Chinese calligraphy.
She has very good temperament that most people don’t have towards seniors. My 90 year old dad has dementia and he forgets and misplaces things easily. She is very patient and just keeps on reminding my dad very politely.
The aide always goes above and beyond her duty. She check on my dad, early in the morning and late at night. She even stops by on Saturday and Sunday to boil hot water for my dad.

I deeply appreciate all the help the Gentle Care aide has provided.
